Fitness has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up running, and over the years I discovered new ways to challenge myself, move my body, and stay strong. Five years ago, I decided to share that passion with others and began teaching. Two years later, I opened my own women-only studio—a space built on community, support, and love for movement.
For me, fitness isn’t just about workouts—it’s about lifestyle, balance, and joy. It’s about understanding that exercise, food, and positive change are part of our everyday routine. As women, I believe that at a certain age we need to take a different approach to fitness, and I love sharing with others what I’m learning and experiencing myself.
I’m also a proud mom of three, and I know firsthand that it is possible to stay active, healthy, and strong while being a full-time mom. My greatest reward is helping other women discover the same love for fitness that has shaped my life—and showing them that it’s achievable at any stage.
